Job Summary:

Urgent Requirement Pathology Associate Professor doctor to a medical college in Hyderabad. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Associate Professor in Pathology to join our esteemed faculty at Medical College. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and clinical responsibilities, contributing to the academic and professional development of students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Academic Duties:
Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in Pathology for MBBS and postgraduate students. Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and examination questions. Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Oversee pathology laboratory services, including histopathology, cytopathology, and hematology. Participate in clinical case discussions and provide diagnostic expertise.

Research Activities:
Conduct independent and collaborative research projects. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences. Guide postgraduate students in thesis and dissertation work.

Administrative Duties:
Participate in departmental activities, including curriculum planning, accreditation processes, and quality assurance. Contribute to policy formation and implementation for the department.

Continuous Professional Development:
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments in Pathology and medical education.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications:
MD (Pathology) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC).

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a medical college, including at least 2 years as an Assistant Professor in Pathology (as per NMC guidelines).

Skills:
Strong academic and clinical expertise in Pathology. Excellent communication, teaching, and mentorship skills. Proficiency in research methodologies and publication processes.
