Job Summary:
Job Opening For Emergency physician doctor to a hospital in Vellore.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization for patients presenting with medical, surgical, and trauma-related emergencies.
Perform advanced procedures, including intubations, central line insertions, and emergency ultrasounds as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ECGs, and laboratory results promptly and accurately.
Supervise and train junior medical staff, interns, and nursing personnel in emergency care protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Participate in departmental quality improvement programs and clinical audits.
Adhere to hospital protocols, medical ethics, and patient safety standards.
Be available for on-call duties as per the hospital's schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBBS with a postgraduate degree/diploma (e.g., MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine, Fellowship in Emergency Medicine).
Experience: [1-15 years] experience in an emergency or critical care setting is desirable.
Strong clinical acumen with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in handling advanced life support equipment and techniques (e.g., ACLS, BLS, ATLS certification preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and patient interaction.
