We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Resident in Anatomy to join our esteemed medical college.
The ideal candidate will assist in academic, research, and clinical activities while mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in medical education and research.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Duties:
Conduct lectures, practicals, and small-group teaching sessions for MBBS, BDS, and paramedical students.
Prepare teaching materials and ensure curriculum objectives are met.
Practical and Lab Supervision:
Oversee anatomy dissection sessions and guide students in histology and embryology practicals.
Ensure the maintenance of cadaver labs and histology labs in accordance with institutional protocols.
Research Contributions:
Engage in departmental and institutional research projects.
Encourage students to participate in research activities and guide them in project development.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in organizing departmental activities like seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
Clinical Correlation:
Collaborate with other departments to integrate anatomical knowledge into clinical practice.
Mentorship:
Provide academic and career guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Actively contribute to creating a supportive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS in Anatomy from a recognized university.
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in a medical institution is desirable but not mandatory.
Candidates awaiting results or recently completed their postgraduation may also apply.
Registration: Must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
