Job Summary:
We invite application for the post of Medical Gastroenterologist to a reputed Hospital in Coimbatore.
Diagnose and treat disorders related to the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and pancreas.
Perform endoscopic procedures such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP.
Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests to provide accurate treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Manage outpatient and inpatient consultations effectively.
Prescribe appropriate medication and lifestyle modifications to patients.
Maintain detailed patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide emergency care for acute gastrointestinal conditions.
Engage in patient education and promote preventive care.
Participate in hospital CME programs and medical research.
Supervise and train junior doctors and medical staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics.
Contribute to the hospital’s quality improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with advancements in gastroenterology treatments and technology.
Work in a dynamic and supportive environment with state-of-the-art facilities.
Qualifications:
MD/DNB in Internal Medicine followed by DM/DNB in Gastroenterology.
Proven clinical experience and expertise in gastroenterology procedures.
