We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Senior Resident in the Department of Pediatrics to join our esteemed medical college. The role involves providing high-quality medical care, participating in academic and research activities, and mentoring junior doctors and medical students.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric inpatients and outpatients, including emergency care.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures as required.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discussions for patient management.
Academic Responsibilities:
Actively engage in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Conduct clinical demonstrations, tutorials, and case presentations.
Assist in the preparation of lectures and seminars.
Research and Publications:
Participate in departmental research projects and encourage research among students.
Publish articles and case studies in indexed medical journals.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for patients.
Participate in departmental audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to medical college policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized university/institution.
Experience: 0-3 years of post-MD/DNB experience.
Registration: Must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in pediatrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
