Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Academics
Deliver high-quality lectures and clinical instruction in obstetrics and gynecology to undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate students.
Conduct tutorials, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations.
Mentor and guide students in research, projects, and case discussions.
Clinical Duties
Participate in patient care in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
Supervise interns and residents during clinical rotations.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and ethical standards in patient management.
Research
Initiate and participate in clinical and academic research projects.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Contribute to departmental research goals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Administrative Roles
Assist in the development and revision of the curriculum.
Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and other activities.
Coordinate departmental activities like conferences, workshops, and CME programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification:
MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology from an MCI/NMC-recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
Fresh postgraduates with a passion for teaching and research may also apply (if specified by the institution).
