Job Summary:

Teaching Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, conduct seminars, and facilitate practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing dermatology courses. Develop and update curriculum content to align with the latest advancements in dermatology. Mentor and supervise research projects for postgraduate students. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development.

Research: Conduct independent and collaborative research in dermatology. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences. Secure grants and funding for research projects. Collaborate with other faculty members and researchers within the institution or externally.

Clinical Responsibilities: Provide clinical care and consultation services to patients with dermatological conditions. Supervise and train medical residents and interns in clinical settings. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and discussions related to patient care and management.

Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to administrative tasks as required. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures within the department. Collaborate with other departments and administrative staff to ensure efficient functioning of the institution.

Continuing Education and Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments, techniques, and treatments in dermatology. Participate in continuing medical education programs and workshops. Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses required for practice.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in Dermatology.
Teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels preferred.
Research experience with a track record of publications in reputable journals.
Clinical experience in dermatology with a focus on patient care and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
