Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our esteemed medical college as a Professor of Pathology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, and clinical services. They will inspire and mentor medical students while advancing the academic and professional standards of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching:
Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Pathology for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Develop and update the curriculum in alignment with the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and clinical rotations.
Research:
Initiate and supervise research projects, publish findings in reputable journals, and secure research funding.
Foster a culture of innovation and inquiry within the department.
Clinical Services:
Provide diagnostic services, including histopathology, cytology, and hematology.
Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for patient care.
Administration:
Collaborate with the Head of the Department and other faculty to achieve departmental goals.
Participate in institutional activities, such as accreditation processes and community outreach programs.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification:
MBBS with MD in Pathology from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum of 8–10 years of teaching experience in a recognized medical college, with at least 4–5 years as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
A strong record of academic and clinical achievements.
