Job Summary:
Hiring Physiology Senior resident for a medical college in Kozhikode kerala.
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual for the position of Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
Supervise and mentor junior residents and interns during ward rounds and clinical procedures.
Manage psychiatric emergencies and crisis interventions.
Teaching and Training:
Assist in the academic activities of the department, including teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Participate in departmental seminars, case discussions, and journal clubs.
Research Activities:
Engage in departmental research projects and encourage evidence-based practice.
Prepare and present papers in conferences and contribute to publications.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist in maintaining patient records, departmental documentation, and coordination of academic schedules.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits in the department.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications: MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized university or institution.
Experience: Fresh postgraduates or candidates with prior senior residency experience are encouraged to apply.
Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the respective State Medical Council.
