Job Summary:

Hiring Physiology Senior resident for a medical college in Kollam kerala. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Resident in Physiology to join our esteemed institution. The role involves academic, clinical, and research responsibilities to support undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. The candidate will work closely with the faculty to enhance the department's teaching, research, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Academic Duties:
Conduct lectures, practicals, and tutorials for MBBS, BDS, and other allied health science students. Assist in curriculum development and examination preparation. Supervise and mentor postgraduate students in their academic and research activities. Organize academic programs, workshops, and seminars for students and faculty.

Research Responsibilities:
Participate in ongoing departmental research projects. Assist in developing proposals for new research projects. Guide students in completing their dissertations and thesis work. Publish research findings in reputed medical journals.

Administrative Duties:
Support the Head of Department in day-to-day departmental administration. Ensure proper management and maintenance of laboratory equipment and resources. Participate in quality improvement initiatives in teaching and research.

Clinical Responsibilities (if applicable):
Support clinical training in physiology-related disciplines. Collaborate with clinical departments for integrative academic activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MD/DNB in Physiology from an MCI/NMC-recognized institution. Experience: Prior experience as a junior resident in physiology is desirable but not mandatory.

Skills:
Strong academic foundation in physiology. Excellent teaching and communication skills. Research aptitude with a publication track record (preferred). Proficiency in using educational tools and technology.

Registration: Must be registered with the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission.

Remuneration:
Salary as per [Institution/State Government norms]. Additional allowances as applicable.
