Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Academic Leadership
Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
Mentor students in academic and research projects.
Clinical Supervision
Oversee pediatric wards, outpatient clinics, and specialty units in collaboration with the hospital team.
Provide clinical training and hands-on experience to students.
Ensure adherence to high standards of pediatric care.
Research and Development
Conduct and guide research projects in pediatric medicine and allied fields.
Publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote institutional research.
Administrative Duties
Contribute to departmental meetings, planning, and policy-making.
Assist in faculty recruitment, training, and development.
Participate in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification: MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 to 22 years teaching experience as an Associate Professor in Pediatrics (as per NMC/MCI guidelines).
Proven track record in research, publications, and clinical practice.
Skills:
