Job Summary:
Urgent Requirement Pediatrician Associate Professor doctor to a medical college in Vijayapura Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Training:
Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and clinical demonstrations for undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS) students.
Supervise and mentor students in academic and research activities.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide clinical care and expertise in pediatric inpatient and outpatient departments.
Participate in patient management, including conducting rounds, procedures, and consultations.
Ensure quality and ethical care for all patients under your supervision.
Research:
Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of pediatrics.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Guide postgraduate students in their thesis and dissertation work.
Administrative:
Assist in departmental activities, including curriculum development, accreditation processes, and faculty development programs.
Participate in institutional committees and contribute to the college's overall growth.
Ensure compliance with Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 4 years of teaching/research experience as an Assistant Professor in a recognized medical college or institution.
Desirable: A strong academic track record, with publications in indexed journals and active participation in academic forums.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong clinical expertise in pediatrics.
