We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Radiologist to join our esteemed medical college as an Assistant Professor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in teaching, research, and clinical services, contributing to the academic excellence of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Duties:
Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Develop and update academic curriculum in radiology in accordance with medical council guidelines.
Mentor and guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies.
Clinical Services:
Perform and supervise diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures.
Interpret imaging studies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasounds.
Collaborate with other clinical departments for patient care and multidisciplinary case discussions.
Research Activities:
Participate in and initiate clinical and academic research in radiology.
Publish findings in reputable medical journals.
Contribute to the organization of seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in departmental administration and organization.
Participate in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution.
Minimum [1-5 years] of teaching or relevant clinical experience (as per MCI/NMC guidelines).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
