We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Plastic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with a passion for improving patients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform reconstructive, cosmetic, and microsurgical procedures based on patient needs.
Evaluate patient conditions through detailed consultations and diagnostics.
Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatologists, oncologists, and general surgeons, for integrated patient care.
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive patient records in compliance with hospital and medical regulations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Participate in hospital training, workshops, or conferences as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBBS with an MCh in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent qualifications recognized in India).
Experience: Minimum [0 - 20] years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery (new graduates with strong training may be considered).
Skills:
Proficiency in various surgical techniques, including reconstructive, aesthetic, and hand surgery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
