Job Description:
Teaching Responsibilities:
Conducting lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing gynecology and obstetrics.
Developing and delivering comprehensive curriculum content related to gynecology.
Assessing student performance, including examinations, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
Providing guidance and mentoring to students, including academic counseling and career advice.
Research and Publication:
Engaging in research activities in the field of gynecology and women's health.
Conducting research studies, collecting data, and analyzing results.
Collaborating with colleagues and researchers to publish findings in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Presenting research findings at conferences, workshops, and other scientific forums.
Clinical Duties:
Participating in clinical activities related to gynecology, which may include outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and surgical procedures.
Assisting and supervising students during clinical rotations and internships.
Ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care in line with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities.
Contributing to the development and improvement of the gynecology curriculum.
Assisting in the selection and evaluation of students.
Participating in faculty development programs to enhance teaching and research skills.
Professional Development:
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field of gynecology through continuing medical education, conferences, and self-study.
