Job Summary
A well-equipped hospital in Pondicherry is seeking a qualified Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiac care and build the cardiology department's clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Interpret ECGs, 2D Echo, stress tests, and Holter reports
- Prescribe evidence-based medical management for cardiac conditions
- Refer and co-ordinate complex cases with cardiac surgeons
- Conduct OPD consultations and in-patient rounds
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive cardiology
Qualifications & Requirements
- DM / MD / DNB in Cardiology
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Basic echocardiography skills required; advanced skills preferred
- State Medical Council registration
