Job Summary
A medical college in Karaikal seeks an Associate Professor in Radiology with academic credentials and hands-on expertise in modern imaging to mentor postgraduate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Report and supervise interpretation of X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound independently
- Supervise and guide MD/DNB Radiology postgraduate students
- Deliver departmental academic sessions and guide thesis research
- Conduct interventional radiology procedures
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumour boards and case reviews
Qualifications & Requirements
- MD / DNB in Radiodiagnosis
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience including teaching
- Publications in indexed journals required
- Fulfils NMC eligibility norms for Associate Professor
