Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team at a Hospital in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general surgery procedures and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures including but not limited to appendectomies, hernia repairs, cholecystectomies, and gastrointestinal surgeries.
Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine appropriate surgical treatment plans.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including conducting patient consultations, obtaining informed consent, and monitoring patient recovery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize medical equipment and surgical instruments safely and effectively during surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, procedures, and progress.
Stay informed about advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and medical treatments through ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Valid medical license to practice as a General Surgeon in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Board certification or eligibility for board certification in General Surgery.
Demonstrated experience performing a wide range of general surgical procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
