Job Summary: Lead emergency care delivery, supervise the ED team, implement protocols for triage and stabilization, and collaborate with ICU, anesthesia, and surgical services for time-critical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical cover for ED, including resuscitation and trauma bays.
• Establish and audit ED protocols (ACLS, ATLS-based workflows, sepsis bundles).
• Coordinate with ICU/OT/radiology for rapid diagnostics and definitive care.
• Mentor junior doctors/nurses; run drills, CMEs, and simulation sessions.
• Support clinical governance, quality indicators, and patient safety initiatives.

Eligibility

• MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine (preferred) or MBBS with significant ED experience.
• Certifications like ACLS/ATLS/BLS desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
