Description:
We invite application for the post of Staff Nurse to a reputed hospital in Kottayam.
Education - Bsc, Gnm, Anm.
Implement and evaluate the care of individual patients.
Assessment of physical needs through monitoring vital signs using observation, palpation, percussion and auscultation methods to Assess the condition of patients in every shift.
Meet the basic needs inclusive of hygienic and comfort needs.
Insert nasogastric tube, ryles tube feeding, IV Cannulation,mouth care,collection of blood sample.
Perform urinary catheterization,maintain fluids and electrolyte balance.
Administration of drugs through intra-venous,intra-muscular,subcutaneous and oral routes.
Assissting in oral and Endotracheal intubations.
Assist with transfusion of bloodproduct.
Assisting with Cardio pulmonary Resucitation and preparing for mechanical ventilation.
Ordering and receiving therapeutic diet for patients.
Death care, placing odies in mortuary and releasing.
Provide safety for the patients.
Counselling patients,their family members and render psychological support.
Salary 11000 to 35000 Rs per month.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
