We have a job opening Radiology consultant doctor for our client hospital in hospital in Alappuzha kerala.
Diagnostic Imaging:
Performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, mammography, and other radiological examinations.
This involves analyzing images to identify abnormalities, injuries, or diseases.
Consultations:
Consulting with other physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to discuss and provide radiological advice on patient cases, treatment plans, and diagnosis.
Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing accurate and detailed reports of radiological findings, ensuring proper documentation of patient records, and communicating results to referring physicians or specialists in a timely manner.
Quality Control:
Ensuring adherence to quality control standards and protocols to maintain the accuracy and integrity of imaging equipment, techniques, and procedures.
Supervision and Training:
Providing guidance and supervision to radiology technicians and other staff members involved in imaging procedures.
Conducting educational sessions and training programs for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaboration:
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists, to discuss patient management, treatment options, and follow-up imaging.
Patient Care:
Providing compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring their safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Compliance:
Complying with medical ethics, guidelines, and legal regulations governing radiology practice in India. Adhering to radiation safety measures and protocols to minimize exposure risks to patients and staff.
