Description:
Wanted Emergency Medicine doctor to a reputed hospital in Kolar.
• Responsible for primary care, case management, and medication
management.
• Assessing patients and documented their medical histories.
• Ensuring efficacy of treatments through monitoring of treatment regimens.
• Evaluating patient care needs, prioritized treatment, and maintained
patient flow.
• Providing diagnoses and treated patients with chronic and acute health
problems, including MI, arrhythmias, asthma, COPD, pneumonia.
• Training new staff on quality control procedures.
• Assisting doctors with surgeries and non-invasive procedures.
• Coordinating with doctors and registered nurses to develop care plans for
patients.
• Coordinating the review, revision and creation of Operational Policies
within ER Department.
• Improving ED administration by compiling and analysing data and
identifying areas of improvement.
• Achieving departmental goals and objectives by instituting new processes
and standards for in-patient care.
