Description:
Job opportunity for General surgeon Senior Resident doctor to a medical college in Sasaram.
Provide comprehensive patient care in surgical wards, outpatient departments, and operation theaters under supervision.
Assist in performing surgeries, including emergency and elective procedures, while developing surgical skills.
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient monitoring and follow-ups.
Teach and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students during clinical rounds and case discussions.
Conduct and participate in academic activities, including case presentations, seminars, and research projects.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and maintain detailed medical records.
Manage emergency cases independently or with minimal supervision during on-call duties.
