Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Surgeon to join our faculty as a Professor in the Department of General Surgery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, conducting research, and providing clinical services in the affiliated hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Education:
Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and clinical teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
Develop and update curriculum and educational materials.
Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings, research projects, and dissertations.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of student performance.
Clinical Duties:
Provide clinical services in the affiliated hospital, including surgeries and patient consultations.
Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Research and Publications:
Conduct original research in the field of general surgery.
Publish research findings in reputable medical journals.
Present research at national and international conferences.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies.
Assist in the organization of academic events, workshops, and conferences.
Serve on academic and administrative committees as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
MBBS and MS in General Surgery from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 10 years of teaching and clinical experience in general surgery.
Proven track record of research and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Strong commitment to teaching, research, and patient care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
