We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Senior Resident in General Medicine to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, work closely with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the education of junior medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in adult patients. Conduct thorough patient examinations and record detailed medical histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments. Prescribe medications and provide guidance on lifestyle changes to improve patient health. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care. Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and departmental activities. Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in general medicine. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Participate in on-call duties and respond to medical emergencies as required.

Qualifications:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. MD in General Medicine or equivalent qualification. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a Senior Resident or in a similar role. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
