Responsibilities:


Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in adult patients. Perform thorough physical examinations and collect patient histories. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs. Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.

Medical Procedures:
Perform and assist with routine medical procedures and emergency interventions as needed. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Coordination of Care:
Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care. Follow up on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient visits, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.

Compliance:
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and medical protocols. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Emergency Care:
Provide care in emergency situations and be available for on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
MBBS degree from a recognized institution. MD or DNB in General Medicine.

Licensure:
Valid medical license to practice in India. Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or respective state medical council.

Experience:
Relevant experience in general medicine, with preference for experience in a hospital setting. Experience in managing acute and chronic medical conditions.

Skills:
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR).

Work Environment:
