Medical Procedures:
Perform medical procedures such as injections, suturing, and managing wounds. Oversee and assist in emergency medical situations, including resuscitations and stabilizing critically ill patients.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures. Provide guidance on lifestyle changes and health maintenance.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient history, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations regarding patient documentation and confidentiality.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and technologies. Attend medical conferences, workshops, and continuing education programs.

Administrative Duties:
Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of hospital protocols and policies.

Qualifications:
Education: MBBS degree with MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution. Experience: Relevant experience in a clinical setting; specific years of experience may vary based on hospital requirements. Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in India.

Skills:
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
