We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team at Adoni Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia, managing patient care during surgery, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Anesthesia:
Provide anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, medical, and diagnostic procedures.

Patient Assessment:
Conduct preoperative evaluations to assess patient risk and plan the appropriate anesthetic care.

Monitoring:
Continuously monitor patient vitals during procedures, adjusting anesthetics as necessary to ensure patient stability.

Postoperative Care:
Oversee the recovery of patients from anesthesia, managing pain and any postoperative complications.

Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to any anesthesia-related emergencies, employing advanced resuscitation techniques if necessary.

Collaboration:
Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including preoperative assessments, anesthesia care plans, and postoperative notes.

Education:
Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and postoperative care.

Qualifications:
Education: MD or DO degree with a specialization in Anesthesiology. Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the state. Certification: Board certification in Anesthesiology. Experience: Minimum of 0-20 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Proficiency in a variety of anesthesia techniques and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
