We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anesthesia Consultant to join our dynamic team at Adoni Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia, exceptional clinical skills, and a commitment to patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort. Develop anesthesia care plans based on individual patient needs and surgical requirements. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques and practices. Provide consultation and support in pain management and critical care settings. Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Anesthesiology. Valid medical license to practice in the state/country. Minimum of 4 to 22 years of experience as an Anesthesia Consultant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
