Position Overview:
Adoni Medical College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor of Anesthesiology. The successful candidate will join our dynamic faculty team and contribute to the education, research, and clinical service missions of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality education and training to medical students, residents, and fellows in anesthesiology. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and curricula. Conduct and supervise clinical research projects. Provide exemplary clinical care in the field of anesthesiology. Mentor and support junior faculty, residents, and students. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative duties as assigned. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the anesthesiology program.

Qualifications:
MD or equivalent degree with specialization in Anesthesiology. Board certification in Anesthesiology. Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in clinical anesthesiology practice and academic teaching. Proven track record of research and scholarly activity in the field of anesthesiology. Strong commitment to teaching and mentorship. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in curriculum development and implementation. Leadership experience within an academic or clinical setting. Active participation in professional organizations and societies related to anesthesiology.
