A Medical College in adoni andhra pradesh is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our faculty as an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and providing high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities: Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows in anesthesiology. Develop and deliver course materials, lectures, and hands-on training sessions. Conduct and publish original research in peer-reviewed journals. Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement processes. Provide clinical anesthesia services, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care. Mentor junior faculty and assist in their professional development. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities. Stay current with advancements in the field of anesthesiology and incorporate new knowledge into teaching and clinical practice.

Qualifications: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a medical college or equivalent institution. Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publications. Proven clinical experience in anesthesiology. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to teaching, research, and clinical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in curriculum development and educational innovation. Active membership in professional organizations related to anesthesiology. Involvement in continuous professional development activities. Leadership skills and experience in academic administration.
