Position Overview:
Adoni Medical College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and providing high-quality anesthesia care in our affiliated hospital. Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Education:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. Develop and update the anesthesia curriculum. Supervise and mentor students and junior staff.

Clinical Duties:
Provide anesthesia services in various surgical settings. Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Research:
Conduct clinical and academic research in the field of anesthesia. Publish findings in reputable medical journals.

Administrative Duties:
Participate in departmental meetings and committees. Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications
MD in Anesthesia or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a medical college or university. Demonstrated experience in clinical anesthesia practice. Strong track record of research and publications in the field of anesthesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to excellence in teaching, patient care, and research.
