Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality education to medical students, residents, and fellows in anesthesia. Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and curricula. Conduct and publish original research in peer-reviewed journals. Provide clinical anesthesia services, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities. Mentor and guide students and trainees in academic and career development. Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and research.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology. Eligible for medical licensure in [State]. Minimum of 1 to 5 year of clinical experience in anesthesia.
