Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose patients with mental health disorders through interviews, medical history, and psychological tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of approaches.
Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in psychiatric treatment and integrate best practices into patient care.
Maintain detailed medical records and comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
MBBS degree with an MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Proven experience as a psychiatrist in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of psychiatric principles, practices, and therapies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
