Site Engineer Jobs in Fujairah

A construction company in Fujairah is hiring Site Engineers to supervise day-to-day construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of site engineering experience on UAE building or infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply.

• Site Supervision

  Supervise daily construction activities on site; ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality standards.

• Subcontractor Coordination

  Coordinate with subcontractors and site labour to ensure smooth workflow; resolve on-site technical issues and escalate complex problems to the project manager.

• Progress Monitoring

  Monitor daily construction progress against the project programme; prepare daily site reports covering work completed, resources deployed and issues encountered.

• Quality Checks

  Conduct quality inspections of completed works including concrete, masonry, finishing and MEP; raise NCRs for non-conforming works and track their closure.

• Safety Compliance

  Ensure all site activities comply with the construction company's HSE plan and Fujairah Municipality safety regulations; participate in daily toolbox talks.

• Education

  B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university; Fujairah Municipality or Trakhees engineer registration is an advantage.

• Experience

  0 to 3 years of site engineering experience on building, infrastructure or fit-out projects in the UAE; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.

• Technical Skills

  Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings; basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and construction material specifications.

• Soft Skills

  Strong site presence, ability to manage multicultural site labour teams, physical fitness for outdoor site work and good written English for daily reporting.
