School Principal Jobs in Dubai

A school in Dubai is seeking an experienced School Principal to provide educational leadership, manage school operations and drive outstanding student outcomes and KHDA inspection results.

Candidates with M.Ed or MA in Education Leadership, a valid KHDA Principal permit and 8 or more years of school leadership experience in Dubai or international schools are preferred.

• Educational Leadership

  Provide visionary educational leadership; set a culture of high academic expectations and drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and student achievement.

• KHDA Compliance

  Ensure the school meets all KHDA regulatory requirements; lead inspection preparation, act on DSIB recommendations and maintain outstanding safety and safeguarding standards.

• Staff Management

  Recruit, appraise, develop and manage teaching and administrative staff; build a high-performing school team committed to student success and professional growth.

• Parent Community

  Build strong partnerships with parents, the school board and the wider Dubai community; represent the school at events, forums and stakeholder meetings.

• Budget Oversight

  Manage the school budget in collaboration with the Finance Director; prioritise spending on teaching resources, infrastructure and staff development.

• Education

  M.Ed or MA in Educational Leadership or Administration; KHDA Principal permit is mandatory for leading a school in Dubai.

• Experience

  8 to 15 years in education with at least 3 years as a School Principal, Deputy Principal or Vice Principal in a KHDA-regulated or international school.

• Leadership

  Proven track record of improving school inspection ratings, leading curriculum reform and managing school transformation in a multicultural UAE setting.

• Communication

  Outstanding communication with students, parents, teachers and KHDA inspectors; strong Arabic is an advantage in a bilingual Dubai school environment.
