About the Revenue Manager Role

A hotel in Dubai is hiring a Revenue Manager to develop and execute revenue management strategies, optimise room yield across all channels and maximise hotel RevPAR and TRevPAR.

Candidates with CRME certification, strong data analytics skills and 5 to 9 years of hotel revenue management experience in Dubai or the UAE are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy

    Develop and implement the hotel's revenue management strategy; optimise pricing, availability and channel mix across OTAs, GDS, direct and corporate segments.

  • Forecasting

    Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly demand forecasts; use pick-up data, booking pace and market intelligence to inform pricing and inventory decisions.

  • Rate Management

    Set and update room rates across all distribution channels using RMS tools; manage rate parity, implement last-room availability and oversee promotional pricing.

  • Channel Management

    Manage OTA relationships and channel manager connectivity; optimise hotel presence on Booking.com, Expedia and direct channels to maximise net revenue.

  • Performance Reporting

    Prepare weekly and monthly STR benchmarking reports, RevPAR analysis and revenue strategy presentations for the General Manager and ownership.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Bachelor's in Hotel Management, Business or Statistics; CRME from HSMAI or equivalent revenue management certification is strongly preferred.

  • Experience

    5 to 9 years in hotel revenue management with at least 3 years as Revenue Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Dubai or the UAE.

  • Technical Skills

    Expert proficiency in RMS platforms such as IDeaS or Duetto; strong knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers, GDS and hotel PMS reporting.

  • Analytical Skills

    Strong quantitative and data analytics skills; ability to interpret STR data, booking pace reports and market intelligence to make profitable revenue decisions.
