Regional Education Director Jobs in Dubai

A school group in Dubai is hiring a Regional Education Director to provide strategic oversight of multiple schools across the UAE, drive school improvement and manage principal performance.

Candidates with M.Ed or MBA and 12 or more years of multi-site school leadership experience including regional director or school group oversight roles in the UAE are preferred.

• Regional Oversight

  Provide strategic educational and operational oversight for a cluster of schools across the UAE region; hold principals accountable for school performance targets.

• School Improvement

  Lead school improvement planning across the regional portfolio; use academic data, KHDA inspection outcomes and stakeholder feedback to prioritise interventions.

• Principal Management

  Recruit, develop and performance-manage school principals; conduct termly school visits, provide coaching and support principal professional development.

• Regulatory Compliance

  Ensure all schools in the regional portfolio meet KHDA regulatory standards, UAE curriculum requirements and safeguarding obligations at all times.

• Board Reporting

  Present regional academic performance, inspection outcomes and school development progress to the school group board and executive team on a quarterly basis.

• Education

  M.Ed, MBA or equivalent; formal school leadership certification recognised by KHDA; experience in multi-site school leadership in the UAE is essential.

• Experience

  12 or more years in education with at least 4 years as a Regional Director, Group Director of Education or equivalent overseeing multiple UAE school campuses.

• Leadership

  Proven track record of improving school performance across a regional portfolio; strong principal coaching and accountability management skills.

• Regulatory Knowledge

  Deep familiarity with KHDA, DSIB inspection framework and UAE educational regulations; strong professional relationships with KHDA and education authorities.
