About the Project Manager Role
A construction company in Dubai is hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of building and infrastructure projects in terms of scope, programme, cost and quality.
Candidates with a B.E in Civil Engineering, PMP certification and 6 to 12 years of construction project management experience on UAE projects are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end project delivery for building or infrastructure projects; manage scope, programme, budget, quality and HSE across all project phases.

Programme Management
Develop and maintain the master project programme; track critical path, manage float, identify delays and implement recovery plans to protect the completion date.

Contract Management
Administer the main contract and subcontracts; manage variations, extension of time claims and final account negotiations with the client and subcontractors.

Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, consultant, authorities and key subcontractors; manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations.

Financial Control
Manage the project cost plan; monitor actual cost against budget, prepare monthly cost reports and implement corrective actions to deliver projects within budget.
Candidate Requirements

Education
B.E in Civil Engineering; PMP from PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory for this construction project management role in Dubai.

Experience
6 to 12 years in construction with at least 3 years as Project Manager delivering building or infrastructure projects valued above AED 100 million in the UAE.

Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 for programme management; strong knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract administration and UAE construction law.

Leadership
Proven ability to lead large multi-disciplinary project teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget in the UAE.
