Role Overview

We are hiring creative Fashion Designer to develop innovative collections for our export house in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the garment or textile industry and a strong understanding of fashion designer functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop seasonal collections from concept to finished product
Create original sketches and technical drawings
Select fabrics, trims, and color palettes
Oversee sample development and fit sessions
Present collections to buyers and management

Candidate Profile

Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT/NID/Pearl or equivalent
Experience: 3-8 years in garment industry
Strong knowledge of design processes in garment manufacturing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with problem-solving attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
