Warehouse Pharmacist Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Warehouse Pharmacists to oversee receipt, status labelling, storage and issue of raw, packing and finished materials in compliance with GMP.

The role combines pharmacy knowledge with warehouse practices to ensure correct handling and traceability of materials.

• Material Verification

  Verify material receipts against documents, check conditions and ensure correct status labelling (quarantine / released / rejected).

• Storage & Handling

  Ensure materials are stored as per temperature, humidity and segregation requirements and follow FEFO / FIFO.

• Issue & Documentation

  Supervise material issue to production, verify quantities and batch details and ensure ERP / stock records are updated.

• Compliance & Audits

  Ensure warehouse activities comply with GMP and support inspections with required stock and traceability records.

• Coordination

  Coordinate with QA, production and purchase for material release, shortages and any quality or mix‑up issues.

• Education

  BPharm / DPharm with valid registration preferred.

• Experience

  1-4 years experience as Pharmacist in warehouse, hospital pharmacy or distribution; pharma plant experience added advantage.

• Skills

  Good knowledge of medicines, batch and expiry management, basic inventory control and computer usage.

• Other Requirements

  Attention to detail, integrity and willingness to work in shift‑based warehouse operations.
