Warehouse Executive Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Warehouse / Stores Executives to handle receipt, storage and issue of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods as per SOPs.

The role covers GRN, ERP entries, stock control, FEFO / FIFO compliance and coordination with production and quality departments.

• Material Receipt & Storage

  Receive materials with proper documentation, perform visual checks and store under defined conditions with status labels.

• Issue & Dispensing Coordination

  Issue materials to production as per pick lists, follow FEFO / FIFO and coordinate with dispensing and QA for line clearance.

• ERP & Documentation

  Update ERP / inventory system, prepare GRN, gate entry records and maintain stock registers and reconciliation reports.

• Stock Control

  Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, support physical stock taking and investigate stock variances.

• GMP & Safety

  Maintain housekeeping, segregation, temperature and humidity controls and follow GMP and safety practices in warehouse.

• Education

  BCom / BSc / Diploma / Any Graduate with knowledge of inventory and basic computer / ERP operation.

• Experience

  2-5 years experience as Warehouse / Stores Executive in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

• Technical Skills

  Understanding of GMP warehouse practices, FEFO / FIFO and documentation requirements for RM, PM and FG.

• Other Requirements

  Attention to detail, honesty and ability to coordinate with purchase, production and QA teams.
