Utility Operator Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring Utility Operators to run HVAC, boilers, compressors, chilled water and purified water systems as per SOPs and set parameters.

The role ensures continuous and reliable utility supply to manufacturing and quality areas while maintaining safety and GMP.

• System Operation

  Operate utility equipment, monitor readings and adjust controls to maintain required parameters.

• Monitoring & Logbooks

  Record operating data in logbooks or systems, report abnormalities and support basic troubleshooting.

• Start‑up & Shutdown

  Carry out start‑up and shutdown of utilities safely as per SOP and coordinate with production and maintenance.

• Housekeeping & Safety

  Maintain cleanliness around utility areas, follow safety practices and use PPE correctly.

• Support Maintenance

  Assist maintenance team during preventive and breakdown jobs on utility equipment.

• Education

  ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration or related trade.

• Experience

  2-5 years experience as Utility Operator in pharma, FMCG or process plant.

• Skills

  Basic knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, water systems and understanding of safety practices.

• Other Requirements

  Comfortable with shift operations, physically fit and alert during plant rounds.
