Key Responsibilities

Training Need Identification
Work with department heads and QA to identify training needs and prepare annual and monthly training calendars.[web:122][web:125]

Session Coordination
Coordinate internal and external trainers, arrange venues or online sessions and ensure attendance of nominated employees.[web:122][web:125]

Training Records
Maintain training attendance sheets, evaluation forms and maintain individual training matrices for all employees.[web:122][web:125]

Effectiveness Evaluation
Conduct post‑training assessments or feedback surveys and share reports with management and QA.[web:122][web:125]

Candidate Requirements

Education
Any Graduate / BPharm / MPharm or HR / training background with interest in pharma learning.[web:125]
