Daily Market Visits
Visit existing and new customers as per daily route plan, promote company’s flexible packaging products and collect new enquiries and repeat orders from regular buyers.

Enquiry Handling & Quotations
Record detailed customer requirements (sizes, structures, quantities, print colours), share with sales/technical team, prepare quotations and explain commercial terms clearly to customers.

Order Booking & Coordination
Convert approved offers into sales orders, ensure all artwork and technical approvals are in place and coordinate with planning and dispatch for timely supply of materials to customers.

Collections & Overdues
Track customer payments, remind customers about due dates, collect cheques/online payment confirmations and work with accounts team to keep overdue levels under control for assigned accounts.

Customer Service & Feedback
Listen to customer complaints related to quality, delivery or service; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and capture feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Target Support
Maintain daily visit/call reports, enquiry and order tracking sheets, share weekly updates with Sales Manager and support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the region.
