Achieve monthly and annual sales, margin and collection targets for assigned territory/customers; monitor order pipeline, conversion ratio and hit rate, and take timely actions to fill gaps.

Identify and develop new customers in FMCG, food, personal care, agro and other segments; generate leads, conduct meetings, share samples and convert opportunities into regular business.

Key Account Management
Manage existing key accounts as single point of contact; handle RFQs, price negotiations, annual contracts, forecasts, new project briefs and timely resolution of commercial or service issues.

Technical & Commercial Coordination
Coordinate with internal design, development, production, quality and supply chain teams to finalize structures, specifications, lead times and pricing; ensure on‑time deliveries as per customer schedules.

Pricing, Margins & Collections
Prepare quotes and price workings, ensure approvals as per company policy, protect minimum margins, track receivables, follow up on payments and keep overdues under agreed limits for each customer.

Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, price trends, new materials and customer movements; share periodic MIS on sales performance, forecasts, lost orders and customer feedback with management.
