Identify potential customers through calls, online research, references and market visits; create and update a database of prospects in FMCG, food, agro and industrial segments.

Customer Visits & Enquiries
Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings, understand packaging requirements, collect technical and commercial details and share enquiries with internal teams for costing and feasibility.

Quotations & Follow‑up
Prepare and submit quotations as per company policy, explain offers to customers, track status of each quote and convert approved offers into orders within agreed timelines.

Order Booking & Coordination
Raise sales orders in ERP, ensure all approvals and artwork/structure details are available, coordinate with planning, production and dispatch teams for on‑time delivery to customers.

Collections & Customer Service
Monitor payment due dates, follow up for collections, support resolution of quality or delivery issues by coordinating with QA and logistics and maintain positive long‑term relationships with customers.

Reporting & Market Feedback
Update daily call reports, visit reports and enquiry/order status in Excel/CRM; share market intelligence on competitor pricing, new products and customer feedback with the Sales Manager.
