Pharma company in Noida is hiring Quality Systems Executives to manage and improve the pharmaceutical quality system (PQS), including deviations, CAPA, change control and risk management.[web:69][web:72][web:136]

The role ensures that quality processes remain effective, compliant and support continuous improvement and audit readiness.[web:72][web:136]

• Deviation & CAPA Management

  Review and track deviations, support root cause analysis and ensure implementation and effectiveness checks of CAPA.[web:72][web:71]

• Change Control

  Coordinate change control process, assess impact and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.[web:72][web:69]

• Internal Audits

  Plan and perform internal audits as per schedule, document observations and follow up on corrective actions.[web:72][web:136]

• Quality Metrics & Reporting

  Compile quality KPIs, trends and reports for management reviews and continuous improvement.[web:72][web:69]

• PQS Improvements

  Participate in reviews of procedures, identify gaps and support projects to strengthen QMS.[web:72][web:136]

• Education

  BPharm / MPharm / MSc with strong knowledge of cGMP and quality systems.[web:70][web:71]

• Experience

  3-7 years experience in QA / QMS function handling deviations, CAPA, audits and related activities.[web:69][web:72]

• Skills

  Good understanding of PQS, risk management, documentation and regulatory expectations on quality systems.[web:72][web:136]
