Quality Inspector CNC Jobs in Noida

CNC company in Noida is hiring Quality Inspectors to carry out incoming, in‑process and final inspection of CNC machined components using standard measuring instruments.

The inspector will ensure that all parts meet drawing specifications, record inspection results and coordinate with production for corrective and preventive actions.

• In‑process & Final Inspection

  Inspect machined parts from CNC machines as per drawing, control plan and sampling plan.

• Measurement & Recording

  Use vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge and other instruments and enter readings in inspection reports.

• Defect Identification

  Identify dimensional and visual defects, segregate non‑conforming parts and inform production and quality engineer.

• Documentation & Reports

  Maintain inspection records, rejection analysis sheets and support preparation of quality documentation.

• Quality Systems

  Follow ISO / IATF quality procedures, work instructions and support audits and customer inspections when required.

• Education

  Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production, or vocational qualification with strong quality background.

• Experience

  2-5 years experience as quality inspector for machined components in CNC machine shop or engineering industry.

• Technical Skills

  Good knowledge of measuring instruments, basic GD&T symbols and ability to read engineering drawings.

• Other Requirements

  Attention to detail, good communication with production team and willingness to work in shifts if required.
