QA Executive Pharma Jobs in Noida

Pharma company in Noida is hiring QA Executives to review batch records, monitor manufacturing and packing activities and support in‑process quality assurance (IPQA) on shop floor.

The role includes document review, line clearance, deviation handling and ensuring that all operations are performed as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Batch Document Review

  Review batch manufacturing and packing records for completeness, correctness and compliance before batch release.

• IPQA & Line Clearance

  Perform in‑process checks, area and equipment line clearance for manufacturing and packing as per SOP and checklists.

• Deviation & Change Control

  Assist in handling deviations, change controls and CAPA, and ensure implementation of corrective actions on shop floor.

• SOP & Training Support

  Support preparation / revision of SOPs and conduct or coordinate cGMP training for production and packing personnel.

• Compliance & Audit Readiness

  Ensure adherence to cGMP, data integrity and support internal and external audits with required documents and records.

• Education

  BPharm / MPharm / BSc / MSc with good understanding of pharma quality systems and cGMP.

• Experience

  1-4 years experience as QA Executive, QA Officer or IPQA in pharmaceutical formulation plant.

• Technical Skills

  Knowledge of BMR/BPR review, IPQA activities, deviation / CAPA concepts and basic regulatory expectations.

• Other Requirements

  Good communication, documentation skills and willingness to work in shifts and cleanroom areas.
